1 Acceptance of Terms
Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune ("we", "our", "the Center") provides government and semi-government services to citizens under the CSC (Common Service Centre) framework. These Terms govern all interactions between you ("user", "customer", "citizen") and the Center.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2 About Our Services
Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune is an authorized Common Service Center (CSC) operating under the Digital India initiative. We facilitate the following categories of services on behalf of various government departments:
- Identity & Documentation: PAN Card, Aadhaar enrollment & update, Voter ID, Passport assistance
- Certificates: Birth, Death, Marriage, Income, Caste, Domicile certificates
- Transport: RTO services, vehicle registration, driving licence, vehicle insurance
- Business Services: Company registration, Shop Act licence, FSSAI/Food licence, electrical contractor licence, hospital registration, GST/TAN registration
- Government Schemes: PM Kisan, Ayushman Bharat, scholarship applications, ration card services
- Financial & Utility: Banking correspondence, MSEB name change, digital printing & lamination
We act as a facilitation center โ we submit your application and documents to the relevant government department or authority. Final approval, rejection, or processing rests entirely with those departments.
3 Service Fees & Payments
3.1 Fee Structure
Service charges are collected towards:
- Government-mandated fees (as prescribed by the relevant authority)
- CSC service/facilitation charges
- Document scanning, printing, and stationery charges (where applicable)
3.2 Transparency
We display the applicable fee before processing your request. You will be informed of all charges before payment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and other modes available at the center. Receipts are provided for all transactions.
3.4 Government Fee Changes
Government-prescribed fees may change without prior notice as per government notifications. We will pass on only the revised official fees and will inform you before processing.
4 Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Government Fees
Fees paid directly to government portals/authorities are non-refundable once the application is submitted. These are governed by the respective government department's rules.
4.2 Service/Facilitation Charges
- If a service could not be initiated due to an error on our part, the facilitation charge will be refunded.
- No refund is applicable once the application has been submitted to the concerned authority.
- Refunds for valid claims will be processed within 7โ10 working days.
4.3 Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested before submission of the application to the government portal. After submission, cancellation is not possible as the process is governed by the respective government department.
5 Document Submission
5.1 Accuracy of Documents
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all documents and information provided. Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune is not liable for rejection, delay, or legal consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent documents.
5.2 Original Documents
Where originals are required for verification, they must be produced in person. We do not retain original documents; only scanned copies are submitted through the portal.
5.3 Fraudulent Documents
Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service and report such instances to the appropriate authorities.
6 Processing Time
Processing timelines are determined by the concerned government departments. Typical indicative timelines:
- PAN Card: 7โ15 working days
- Aadhaar Update: 30โ90 days (UIDAI timeline)
- Passport: As per Passport Seva portal schedule
- Certificates: 7โ30 days (varies by department)
- RTO Services: 15โ45 days
- Business Licences: 15โ60 days (varies by service)
These are indicative only. Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune does not guarantee any specific processing time and is not liable for delays caused by government departments, system outages, or incomplete information.
7 User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information
- Submit only genuine, valid, and original documents
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Cooperate with us and the relevant authority during the verification process
- Not hold the Center responsible for rejection by a government department
- Maintain decorum and respectful conduct at the Center premises
- Follow-up with the respective government department for post-submission status (we assist but cannot compel government action)
8 Limitation of Liability
Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune is a facilitation center and not a government body. We are not responsible for:
- Rejection of applications by government authorities
- Delays in processing by government departments
- Technical failures on government portals
- Changes in government policies, fees, or procedures
- Loss or damage arising from incorrect information provided by the user
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the facilitation fee paid for the specific service.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on our website โ including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and layout โ is the property of Best CSC Center Hinjewadi Pune or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10 Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data only for the purpose of providing the requested services and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable laws.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
13 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
